Your main functions will be…

Market analysis:

  • Market ticketing analysis and forecast per category.
  • Identification of key clients by category (music, festivals, theaters and venues).
  • Adaptation and localization of ticketea´s value proposition for every market.
  • Continuous competitors follow-up & market benchmark.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identification and qualification of opportunities.
  • Find, partner and manage key clients and affiliates per category.
  • Pitching prospects, proposals elaboration and negotiation.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, keeping healthy margins.
  • Reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Constructs and keeps updated Clients portfolio database.

Marketing:

  • Attendance at key industry events per country (fairs, conferences, etc.).
  • Development and execution of the marketing budget in collaboration with the marketing team.

We are looking for someone with…

  • +5 years of experience in sales or account management.

El equipo técnico está creciendo rápidamente (en 2013 éramos 4, en 2014 llegamos a 10, y en lo que va de año vamos por 14), por lo que vivirás el crecimiento de la empresa de primera mano.   • Cuando lo recibamos, si tu curriculum encaja, te haremos una primera prueba de código por email.
  • Si pasas esa criba te citaremos para hacer una entrevista presencial en la que conocerás a alguno de tus futuros compañeros de equipo. Seguramente te hagamos una prueba técnica. En esta queremos evaluar la aptitud, no sólo la experiencia, por lo que te guiaremos en ella: simplemente queremos entender la línea de pensamiento que sigues para resolverla.
