Business Development Manager Germany

Ticketea is now building a talented team, to launch its operations in Germany, joining our team in Madrid HQ. Your main functions will be… Market analysis:

  • Market ticketing analysis and forecast per category.
  • Identification of key clients by category (music, festivals, theaters and venues).
  • Adaptation and localization of ticketea´s value proposition for every market.
  • Continuous competitors follow-up & market benchmark.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identification and qualification of opportunities.
  • Find, partner and manage key clients and affiliates per category.
  • Pitching prospects, proposals elaboration and negotiation.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, keeping healthy margins.
  • Reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Constructs and keeps updated Clients portfolio database.

Marketing:

  • Attendance at key industry events per country (fairs, conferences, etc.).
  • Development and execution of the marketing budget in collaboration with the marketing team.

We are looking for someone with…

  • +5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent execution skills.
  • NO is-not-an-answer approach.
  • Raised in Germany or within German cultural environment but with high degree education in German university.
  • Passionate about events in general and live music in particular.
  • Fluent in German and Spanish and at least English. Another language is very welcome.
  • Results driven.
  • Entrepreneurship skills and make-it happen spirit.
  • BA degree and international experience.
  • Must travel frequently to Germany.

Bonus points:

  • MBA or post-graduate.
  • Ticketing experience.
  • Previous experience within start-up and music industry.

Servicio de atención al cliente

Tus funciones serán:

  • Atención telefónica a los usuarios y ciertos organizadores.
  • Atención al cliente vía email y gestión del correo electrónico de ticketea info.
  • Soporte en varias tareas del departamento comercial.
  • Detectar errores en la web y reportar utilizando el formato y lenguaje adecuado.
  • Trabajo en equipo con diferentes departamentos con el objetivo de mejorar.

Qué formación debes de tener:

  • Formación profesional en administración o secretariado.
  • Nivel de inglés alto

Qué experiencia nos gustaría que tengas:

  • Experiencia en puesto similar.
  • Conocimientos básicos de compra Online.
  • Experiencia en trato y gestión con clientes.
  • Conocimiento y gestión de plataformas de venta Online.

Qué habilidades:

  • Excelencia al teléfono y facilidad para redactar emails.
  • Disposición para para dar un buen servicio de atención al cliente así como don de gentes y “sonrisa telefónica”.
  • Organización y minuciosidad.
  • Agilidad para resolver problemas y ofrecer respuestas a nuestros clientes.
  • Flexibilidad horaria.
