Frontender

En ticketea tenemos una masa de usuarios que aumenta rápidamente, una nueva app con una taquilla online, nueva web mobile y estamos empezando el proceso de internacionalización. Casi nada.
Por eso andamos buscando un frontender que nos ayude con todo este trabajo. Queremos alguien que disfrute participando en proyectos online, aprendiendo y trabajando en equipo.
Si te animas, trabajarás codo con codo con el equipo de UX para definir los modelos de interacción, implementarás las técnicas de front-end más recientes para integrarlo con el equipo de desarrollo y participarás en la definición de la metodología de trabajo del equipo. Ah, y tendrás total autonomía para realizar tu trabajo, claro.

Tus tareas en ticketea

  • Convertir nuestros diseños en HTML y CSS semántico, estándar y multiplataforma.
  • Participar en el desarrollo y mejora de nuestros distintos productos y funcionalidades.
  • Apoyar a los distintos departamentos en sus necesidades, generando plantillas para newsletters, landings de lanzamientos de producto, etc.
  • Colaborar en la planificación y coordinación de las tareas del proyecto con el resto del equipo.
  • Aportar ideas de cara a innovación o aplicación de nuevas tecnologías.
  • Testeo de UI y JS de nuestros productos web.

Qué necesitas para hacerlas

  • Tener amplios conocimientos de HTML5 y CSS3.
  • Estar al día en Responsive Design.
  • Manejarte sin problemas con Javascript. Quizá uses jQuery o similares, pero has de tener buen conocimiento de JavaScript puro.
  • Usar con fluidez algún framework de Javascript como Angular.js, Backbone.js, coffeScript, etc.
  • Manejo básico de programas de edición de imagen como Fireworks, Sketch o Photoshop. No vas a diseñar, no. Pero así podrás hacer mejor tu trabajo.
  • Tener presente en tus tareas el marcado semántico y la experiencia del usuario.

Bola extra

  • Tener gusto por el diseño.
  • Conocimientos de Less y/o Sass.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Django, que es en lo que está construido nuestro frontend.
  • Que te guste ir a eventos, conciertos, obras de teatro, etc.

  • Horario de 9:00 a 18:30 de lunes a jueves, de 9:00 a 15:00 los viernes y jornada intensiva durante julio y agosto.

Account Executive Germany Internship

Ticketea is now building a talented team, to launch its operations in Germany, joining our team in Madrid HQ. Fulltime position can be hold after 6 months internship period assessment.

Your main functions will be…

Customer Service and implementation:

  • Support complex platform implementations.
  • Reconcile reporting and troubleshoot technical questions.
  • Identify and aggregate customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete team projects and meet goals.
  • Provide on-going product training to customer’s organizations and technical overviews of new feature sets as they are developed.
  • Follow-up of events and strategic clients: reporting results, identifying case studies and establishing long-term relationships based on Ticketea key values: simple, surprising, analytical, honest, collaborative and fun!.

Sales:

  • Identify new business opportunities and rebook signed agreements.

Marketing:

  • Support, adaptation and update of content marketing, translations, communications and promotion.

We are looking for someone with…

  • 6 months-1 year of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment in a customer facing role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Raised in Germany or within German cultural environment but with high degree education in German university.
  • Passionate about events in general and live music in particular.
  • Fluent in German and Spanish.
  • Fearless phone skills and exceptional written communication.
  • Entrepreneurship skills and make-it happen spirit.
  • The ability to manage multiple high priority projects without missing a beat.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Used to work with platforms and DIY features technology.

Bonus points:

  • Master or post-graduate.

Ticketea is now building a talented team, to launch its operations in the UK, joining our team in Madrid HQ.

Your main functions will be…

Sales:

  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Rebook signed agreements.
  • Reporting and KPI tracking.

Customer Service and implementation:

  • Onboard and implement the Ticketea platform with our clients.
  • Support complex platform implementations.
  • Reconcile reporting and troubleshoot technical questions.
  • Identify and aggregate customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete team projects and meet goals.
  • Provide on-going product training to customer’s organizations and technical overviews of new feature sets as they are developed.
