Easy! Go to the event’s Control Panel. Then click on “Configuration” and “e-mail notifications”.

This screen will appear once you have followed the previous steps:

In the first field, you can add the email addresses that require notifications that the sale of tickets has ended, along with a copy of the attendance list.


If it is unnecessary to have this field active, you can unclick the box as shown below:


The second field will send the daily sales report to all listed email addresses:

You can also deactivate this bar by simply unclicking the box shown below:

Once this is set, you must click “save” so that all of the information remains in the system.
